Professional model chocolate fountain constructed from 304 food grade stainless steel. Precision stainless steel auger recirculates chocolate up through center of fountain. Stainless steel tiers slide on and off center column and can be positioned as desired without set screws. Fountain maintains chocolate at ideal temperature (1050 - 1100° F).
